Introduction

The Lockable Token Standards we introduce are extensions to the already present token standard on TON. They rely on the asynchoronus transaction model and sharding mechanism of TON and bring a new asynchorous scheme to increase the speed and security while decreasing cost of some web3 use cases which involve staking.

We are writing the following TON Enhancement Proposals (TEPs) to formally introduce the two standards.

1. TEP-X Lockable Tokens Standard: An extension to the TEP-74 Fungible Tokens (Jettons) Standard

2. TEP-Y Lockable NFT Standard: An extension to the TEP-62 NFT Standard
